RANSOM CANYON EMS/FIRST RESPONDER

Ransom Canyon EMS/First Responder is a registered first responder through the Texas Department of Health Services (TDHS Registered Firm # 152013).

We are a NON-Transport service. Patient transport is provided by Slaton EMS, Lubbock EMS or Aerocare. We provide our community with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) support for all trauma and medical emergencies.

Our goal is to stabilize our patients until transport arrives. Our truck contains numerous BLS and ALS medications, an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), and a Semi Automatic External Defibrillator (SAED). We also carry numerous extrication devices for C-SPINE control and confined space rescue such as man hole recovery and rappelling equipment.
